Return/Refund Policy
Within 30 days of delivery of your shipment, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to Hope With Art, for any reason, for a full refund of the purchase price plus shipping. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. The returned item must be in its original/unused condition.
Donations will not be made on returned items.
Replacement of Damaged or Defective Items
Hope With Art will replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact our Customer Support by e-mail at support@hopewithart.com or by phone at 905-554-4673 for information on returning damaged artwork.
Refunds
We will notify you of your refund via e-mail after we've received and processed the return item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return.
